Obsolete Rules - Texas Board of Licensure for Professional Medical Physicists

The Office of the Secretary of State removed the following rules from the Texas Administrative Code effective May 15, 2017.

Part 26. Texas Board of Licensure for Professional Medical Physicists
Chapter 601. Medical Physicists

Government Code §2002.058, House Bill 1430, 77th Legislature, directs the secretary of state to remove a state agency's rules from the administrative code after the agency has been abolished. The Texas Board of Licensure for Professional Medical Physicists was abolished by Senate Bill 202, 84^th Legislature.
